  • Here’s how we do it:

    We give you access to our online portal 2-4 weeks before your website sprint. Within our portal, we outline clear guidance and instructions on how to prepare for the sprint. We cover everything from questionnaires to taking photos, knowing what information to include on each page, and more.

    This way, all we have to do during the week of your sprint is review your materials together and build out your brand design and website.

    Our process is designed for minimal revisions and efficiency, helping you focus more on what you do best!

  • For projects under 3k, we invoice our clients in full.

    For projects upwards of 3k, we ask for 50% upfront and 50% mid-way through the project timeline.

    For projects over 12k, our clients are given the option to pay 50% upfront and 50% mid-way or use a payment plan. Payment plans include a 10% fee.

  • Within the Fresh Water & Fresh Fire packages, you’ll be presented with 3 wordmark options to choose from.

  • Both the Fresh Water and Fresh Fire packages include logo designs that are not trademarkable.

    Trademarkable logo designs start at 200 USD and require adding at least one day to your package/project timeline.

  • A) We start with one of our packages and once the first phase of your site is live, we can create a separate contract and add more pages/features to your site.
