Casa Delphine is a thoughtfully curated, five-bedroom luxury boutique hotel in the heart of San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico. Set on a quiet street just minutes away from the main plaza, Casa Delphine is a relaxing getaway with easy access to the town’s festivities.

CASE STUDY: Introduction

We began by understanding Casa Delphine’s goals, needs and pain-points. We then decided to focus on collecting detailed analytics, boosting engagement, and increasing bookings on the website. After several photoshoots and meetings, 30 posts were curated and signed off on to go live in August.

DELIVERY & INSIGHTS

To conclude this service, a breakdown of the data from the 30 posts and overall account was delivered in a beautiful and detailed PDF.

Results included: audience locations, ages of male and female viewers, ethnicity, language and interests. This data was displayed in averages from largest to smallest groups, down to the one percentile.

This document also included a guide on how to apply these insights to future Casa Delphine posts.
